DANALUX

PAIN LASER TRIALS

Join our trials

Now Accepting Participants

DANALUX seeks a comprehensive scientific understanding of the interaction of coherent laser energy with the human body, in particular with regard to relief of pain. By applying scientific understanding to the creation of new laser devices, DANALUX invites persons with chronic pain to contact us and participate in our trials and testing of these new prototype lasers, some of which may in the future become medical devices approved by government regulatory bodies and available to the public for safe pain relief without drugs or intrusive methods.

Other Trials

Here is a list of upcoming trials for laser pain relief that may be of interest ....

BUBBLES

808nm 30mW medical laser

The trial will focus on the comparative effectiveness for pain relief of BUBBLES vs BAMBI because 808nm has been shown to have a greater relative LLLT effect in cells, animals and humans but the relative effectiveness for relief of pain requires study.

PIXIE

808nm and 830nm 30mW medical laser

BUBBLES and BAMBI are combined into one laser and the comparative effectiveness for pain relief relative to BAMBI and BUBBLES requires study.

TRIXIE

890nm 30mW medical laser

The trial will focus on the comparative effectiveness for pain relief of BUBBLES vs BAMBI vs TRIXIE.

Important Safety Information

The light from our prototype lasers has enough energy to injure the human eye. Lasers produce coherent light and the beam energy stays tightly concentrated in a narrow beam. So if this beam hits the lens of the human eye, it will get focussed by the lens and become even more concentrated. By the time it hits the back of the eye, the energy in the beam is concentrated enough to damage the cells in the back of the eye that are involved in vision. This can result in impaired vision or blindness in the worst case. Although studies have shown that most of the injured cells eventually get repaired, DO NOT look at a laser beam. Looking for even a tiny fraction of a second can cause blindness. Some lasers are invisible to the eye, so be especially careful with those lasers. DANALUX always provides prototype lasers that have a "warning light" that is visible and you know when the laser is turned on, but this may not be the case with other lasers that you might find available in the laser marketplace.

Get in touch

If you are interested in participating in scientific research into the effects and relative effectiveness of laser energy on human pain, use this email panel to send us a message with your contact information, and we'll be in touch. One of the benefits of helping us with our investigations and studies is your early access to medical laser technologies that may come to be used in medical laser devices in the future.
